Great experience with Mack. Let us test drive on a good road to really get a feel for the car. He knew a lot about the car. He never pressured us into making a deal with him. Even when he was on vacation, he made sure that we got the car with no issues. He sold me a 2013 BMW 328i xdrive, in great shape and no issues. He got the inspection done and fixed the struts, which he didn't have to do. Overall great experience and could not recommend Mack, or Mack 1 Motors enough.

If you want the boutique car dealer experience, GO SEE MACK! BTW, I just purchased a Mercedes from him and didn't even have to test drive it first; that's called trust!!!

Alright, I never buy cars from "small" dealers because most of them have a bad stereo type attached to them. Mack 1 is very different and ill tell you why: MACK IS A ONE MAN SHOW. not only is he the sales person, but he is the manager, and more importantly the OWNER. mack is a very genuine guy and he's been in this business for way too long to try and pinch you for every dollar that you have. he is a veteran in the car business. I flew in to pick up a car that I had been searching for for months and I left a pretty happy guy. I drove it back home 6 hours with no issues and as im writing this review I've had the car for 15 days with no issues and I still love it. Mack is the guy and I wish he lived closer so could send all of my loved ones to him. very pleased with his service and humanity. and very glad I have the car that I wanted. mack is a beast!!! he has integrity and respect, so treat him the same. don't waste his time and he probably won't waste yours. thank you for the car brother.
